Ashtyn Leigh Farms is owned by John Molinelli. John grew up and worked on his family farm in Buena Vista, New Jersey, later on in life he turned to his roots and started farming in 2005 in Rosenhayn with a partner. He then went on his own and established Ashtyn Leigh Farms in 2012. This was to provide our customers with John Molinelli Inc. the highest quality produce. Along with quality control, it has been helpful keeping prices more consitent for big items like eggplant, squash, lettuce, and fresh herbs

We currently farm a variety of produce on approximately 100 acres. Our produce list includes arugula, basil, cilantro, dill, along with greens such as collard, kale, lacinato kale, dandelion, swiss chards, and lettuces including romaine, red-leaf, green-leaf, escarole and endive. We also grow eggplant, leeks and jalapeno.
